About Us

Entertaining and cooking have always been my two greatest passions. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing my guests' reaction first to the presentation and then to the taste of my creations. I founded Alessandra's Party Pasta to share this experience and provide the means for every eager entertainer to lay out a gourmet spread that would wow their guests as they “Taste the Occasion”. 

I have a product line for every occasion (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Baby Showers, Sports Events ext..). To provide my customers with the highest quality, my pasta creations are made locally with the finest Semolina Durham wheat flour.
